Micro Review

A platform that ensures direct, effective communication between individuals of the public and their elected representatives is possible and two-way - public figures earn 'tokenized Integrity' based on the value of their response to users. 

Users will first stake 'tokenized Conviction' to back their words/message. This can be a single individual with their own amount locked in, or, a community or group using the platform to raise awareness over a concern or issue or any other topic, raise a certain amount, and essentially, also serve as a petitioning mechanism, as well as, a conversation around their issue with those intending to oversee legislation of it. 

When recipient responds to a correspondence with meaningful feedback or interaction the 'tokenized Conviction' is unlocked and returned to the senders.

Upon unlocking, an amount of 'tokenized Integrity' is calculated and minted to the target recipient to effectively serve as a 'rating' for how well the recipient is representing their constituency. 

Users can specify a percentage at any time to be pledged to an escrow wallet for use as things like a campaign fund for the recipient, a public good or charity related to their issue, or simply have the entire amount originally locked in the message returned for those who are only a singl induvidual, groups who are bootstrapped or self-funded, etc.

The sender and recipient can provide input at any points during the exchange of dislogue regarding how much or what percent of each token the final, settled amounts (of tokens unlocked and returned and of amount minted to recipient) will be. Tokens can remain at stake if a conversation persists.
