Quick Take on Vi World Project
So my understanding is that this project will allow you to jump into the virtual real estate game, create a space where you can buy land, build stuff and run businesses using a special token called “X”. Here's a few thoughts:

Pros:
Fair Play: keeping things fair by limiting how much land any one person can own.
Make Money: Own land, build on it, and get rewards in another token, “Y”. Then use Y to make more money through staking or help keep the coin’s value stable.
Buy and Sell Easy: Land can be traded as NFTs, making it simple to cash in on your investment or buy more.

Cons:
It’s a little Complicated:  Juggling two different tokens might be a bit much for newcomers.
All About Growth: If the user base doesn’t keep growing, land and tokens might lose their charm.
Regulatory: Mixing real money and virtual assets might need to be thought out carefully
Tech Heavy: seems like serious tech to blend blockchain, real gaming, and VR

I think Vi World has a cool concept mixing virtual land with real-world tech. If they can keep it user-friendly and the tech smooth, it could turn into something - but definitely a lot still left to figure out.

The idea of Vi World project is to create a virtual world where users will be able to buy land, build infrastructure, open businesses. All the commerce will be made through its own native token “X”. 

The amount of land that can be bought will be counted in virtual squares. The amount of virtual squares that can be bought  by one wallet will be limited also, in order to eliminate centralized land ownership. (can be discussed)

Virtual squares can then be added to a marketplace in form of NFT or any other form for selling or buying. In theory a more developed land will have a higher cost. 

The landlord will be rewarded for holding the land and developing infrastructure around it.  The rewards will take place through a staking/yield farming mechanism. Rewards will be paid in “Y” token that in it’s case will be used to get an apr by locking it(stake, farm etc.) with a stable coin with one that already exists in pls ecosystem (USDL as an example) or it can be used to buy any forked stable coin in order to bring it to $1 (pDAI as an example).

The initial distribution of “X” can be made through a bounty\sacrifice program and the rest of the amount will be available for purchase from the market. 
As soon as all the land is bought, the “X” tokens can only be used to build infrastructure or to buy land from another user through a marketplace. 

Global vision is to use blockchain, real world (phone, PC game) and VR as a whole infrastructure.

Virtual Reality or 'metaverse' is not a narrative anymore.
(I do not agree with the use of metaverse for precisely virtual spaces).

That said, the whole assumption is to create a virtual space to sell and monetize, what is the incentive beside monetary gains? Economically speaking, this is a DeFi coin (space) with money-seeking objective solely. If there is no solution, that will not last.
